Colin Blayney brings 28 years of extensive experience in personal training, with a dedicated focus on special populations and rehabilitation. His passion lies in guiding individuals safely and effectively through their post-rehabilitation journey, ensuring they not only recover but thrive in their fitness goals. Colin oversees program design, client coaching, and the strategic development of After Physio Fitness.
